As a Solution Engineer, you will be at the forefront with the sales team of our order intake and innovation. You will work collaboratively, leveraging your problem-solving skills and concept presentation abilities to provide persuasive proposals that convince the customer of the value and expertise CTI Systems brings to the table.
Your responsibilities:
- Solution Finding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions that match customer requirement by developing concepts, verification and drawings.
- Concept Presentation: Create persuasive proposal and presentations
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with CTI’s solution, industry trends and best practices.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost estimate for a variety of projects, ensuring that all variables are considered, and potential risks are identified.
Your profile:
- Prior experience with CAD tool (AutoCAD and Solidworks is mandatory, Catia is an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Analytical thinker, innovative mindset and organized.
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German or English and French.
- Prior experience in material handling products such as automatic cranes, automatic warehouses, conveyor systems and/or material flow simulation is an asset.
- Prior experience with structural analysis software (R-Stab is an asset).
Work Environment:
- While Solution Engineers primarily work in office environments, they occasionally make visits to support the sales team.
