Your responsibilities:

Lead Purchasing activities for purchase components and material
Leading contract negotiations and elaborations with suppliers
Monitoring and handling of requirements within the ERP system
Conducting supplier audits and expediting at the supplier’s site
Daily understanding and monitoring of project planning requirements and integration into the overall procurement process
Analysing and understanding technical requirements in order to adopt the appropriate sourcing strategy
Evaluating key suppliers on a regular basis

Your profile:

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in purchasing, engineering or business within an automated manufacturing environment: cross-functional exposure preferred - technical and commercial experience
Strong negotiation, financial cost analysis, market analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, time and project management skills
Good knowledge of English and French or English and German (mastering the 3 languages is a real asset)
Systematic solution- and customer-oriented approach
Team-oriented, flexible with creative & problem-solving skills
