Especially during these challenging times, being able to rely on a global international network and joining competences of different sectors, is an asset for a successful project execution.

One of these examples of combined competences is the recent delivery of five aircraft engine repair workstations to GE Aviation in Celma/Brazil together with our mother company Paul Wurth.
The project scope consisted of five aircraft engine work stations suitable for GEnx. The workstations are in gantry design with a patented track lifting beam, operated by failsafe, redundant lifting systems, both being controlled by PLC as well as the integration of the five bi-rail carrier in OEM design.

Whilst CTI Systems was in charge of the design and supply of the equipment, the electromechanical assembly was carried out by the service and maintenance team of Paul Wurth do Brasil Montagens e Manutenção Industrial.

The job was completed within the initially foreseen schedule with zero accidents and in compliance with the customer’s guidelines. Positive feedback came from GE, praising the perfect interaction between CTI employees and the Paul Wurth team in the project process as well as in the execution of services.
