Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Purchasing activities for purchase components and material
  • Leading contract negotiations and elaborations with suppliers
  • Monitoring and handling of requirements within the ERP system
  • Conducting supplier audits and expediting at the supplier’s site
  • Daily understanding and monitoring of project planning requirements and integration into the overall procurement process
  • Analysing and understanding technical requirements in order to adopt the appropriate sourcing strategy
  • Evaluating key suppliers on a regular basis

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in purchasing, engineering or business within an automated manufacturing environment: cross-functional exposure preferred - technical and commercial experience
  • Strong negotiation, financial cost analysis, market analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, time and project management skills
  • Good knowledge of English and French or English and German (mastering the 3 languages is a real asset)
  • Systematic solution- and customer-oriented approach
  • Team-oriented, flexible with creative & problem-solving skills
